These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "Customer," or "You") and Luxe Cuts & Beauty Studio ("we," "us," "our," "Company," or "Salon").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or website. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

2. Services Description

Luxe Cuts & Beauty Studio provides professional beauty and grooming services including but not limited to:

  • Hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
  • Facial treatments and skincare services
  • Manicure and pedicure services
  • Eyebrow and eyelash services
  • Waxing and hair removal services
  • Bridal and special occasion packages
  • Beauty consultations and personalized treatments

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or refuse any service at our discretion.

3. Booking and Appointments

Appointment Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in person
  • We recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability
  • All appointment requests are subject to confirmation by our staff
  • Special occasion services require advance booking of at least one week
  • Group bookings and bridal parties require additional lead time

Confirmation and Reminders

  • All appointments will be confirmed via phone, SMS, or email
  • You will receive appointment reminders 24 hours before your scheduled time
  • It is your responsibility to confirm receipt of appointment confirmations
  • Failure to respond to confirmation requests may result in appointment cancellation

Punctuality

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling
  • Appointments running more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled
  • We strive to minimize wait times but occasional delays may occur

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Requirements

  • Minimum 24 hours advance notice required for all cancellations
  • Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or through our website
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service cost

Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty
  • Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur fees
  • Repeated rescheduling may result in deposit requirements for future bookings

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies occur. In case of illness, family emergencies, or severe weather conditions, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule without penalties in genuine emergency situations.

5. Payment Terms

  • Digital payments (UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)
  • Net banking transfers

Payment Policies

  • Payment is due at the time of service completion
  • Package services may require partial payment in advance
  • Bridal and group bookings require 50% deposit upon confirmation
  • Gift certificates must be paid in full at time of purchase
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes

Pricing

  • Additional services requested during appointment will incur extra charges

6. Client Responsibilities and Health Considerations

Health Disclosure

  • Disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or health issues that may affect services
  • Inform us of any medications that may affect skin or hair treatments
  • Report pregnancy, nursing status, or recent medical procedures
  • Notify us of any previous adverse reactions to beauty products or treatments

Pre-Service Guidelines

  • Arrive with clean, product-free hair for chemical services
  • Remove contact lenses before facial treatments
  • Avoid sun exposure 24 hours before waxing services
  • Come with removed nail polish for manicure/pedicure services

Consultation Process

All first-time clients and those requesting significant changes will receive a consultation. During this process, we will discuss your desired outcomes, assess your hair/skin condition, and recommend appropriate treatments. Additional consultation fees may apply for complex services.

7. Service Guarantees and Limitations

Service Quality

  • We guarantee professional, quality services performed by trained stylists
  • Results may vary based on individual hair/skin type and condition
  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes for all services
  • Chemical processes may require multiple sessions to achieve desired results

Satisfaction Policy

  • Client satisfaction is our priority - please communicate concerns immediately
  • Adjustments or corrections will be made at no charge within 7 days of service
  • Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure or negligence
  • Hair color corrections must be addressed within 48 hours of service

Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue treatment if we determine it may be harmful to your hair, skin, or overall health. We also reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are disruptive, intoxicated, or verbally abusive to staff.

8. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

Assumption of Risk

By using our services, you acknowledge that beauty treatments involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • Allergic reactions to products or chemicals
  • Skin irritation or sensitivity
  • Hair breakage or damage from chemical processes
  • Unsatisfactory results due to individual hair/skin characteristics
  • Temporary redness or swelling from certain treatments

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Claims must be made within 30 days of service date
  • We maintain professional liability insurance for covered incidents

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.

9. Salon Policies and Client Conduct

Salon Environment

  • Maintain a respectful, quiet atmosphere for all clients
  • Mobile phone use should be minimal and considerate
  • Children must be supervised at all times
  • Food and beverages are not permitted in service areas
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises

Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
  • Valuables should be kept with you or secured in provided lockers
  • Remove jewelry before treatments to prevent damage or loss
  • We provide robes and towels - personal items may be stained during services

Photography and Privacy

  • Photography may be taken for portfolio or marketing purposes with consent
  • Client privacy and confidentiality are strictly maintained
  • You may request not to be photographed or featured in marketing materials
  • Personal photography by clients is permitted with staff consent

10. Gift Certificates and Packages

Gift Certificate Terms

  • Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
  • No cash value or refunds available for unused certificates
  • Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced
  • Certificates cannot be extended beyond expiration date
  • Partial redemption is allowed with remaining balance forfeited

Service Packages

  • Package services must be used by the original purchaser
  • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Services must be completed within specified timeframes
  • Individual services within packages cannot be substituted

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Luxe Cuts & Beauty Studio or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

  • Personal, non-commercial browsing of our website
  • Printing individual pages for personal reference
  • Sharing our content through official social media sharing tools

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

We encourage clients to address concerns directly with our management team first. Most issues can be resolved through open communication and mutual cooperation.

Formal Disputes

  • Disputes will be governed by the laws of West Bengal, India
  • Jurisdiction for legal proceedings is Kolkata, West Bengal
  • Mediation will be attempted before formal legal action
  • Class action lawsuits are waived in favor of individual arbitration
